Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe


Ingredients :-

Paneer :- 300 gm
Shimla mirch :- 2 nos.
Onion :- 2 nos. 
Tomato :- 2 nos.
Ginger & Garlic paste :- 2 tbs.
Red chilly powder :- 1 tsp.
Coriander powder :- 1 tsp.
Garam masala :- 1 tsp.
Salt :- 1 tsp.
Olive oil :- 2-3 tbs.
Curd :- 4-5 tbs.
Roasted chana powder :- 3 tbs.
Olive oil :- for shallow fry

FRO GRAVY :- 
Onion :- 2 nos.             }
Ginger :- 1 inch piece  }   Make their PASTE
Garlic :- 8-10 nos.       }

Tomato :- 4 nos.                  }
Cashew nuts :- 8-10 nos.    }     Make their PASTE

Red chilly powder :- 1 tsp.
Coriander powder :- 2 tsp.
Turmeric powder :- 1/2 tsp.
Garam masala :- 1/2 tsp.
Dry ginger powder :- 1/2 tsp.
Kasoori methi :- 1 tbs.
Corn flour :- 1 tbs. 

WHOLE GARAM MASALA  :-
Cinnamon :- 2 nos.
Clove :- 3-4 nos.
Black pepper :- 6-7 nos.
Butter :- 75 gm
Cream :- 1/2 cup
Olive oil :- 3 tbs.
Green chilly :- 4 nos.
Green coriander :- 4-5 tbs.
Tomato sauce :- 2 tbs.
