Shahi Palak Paneer Recipe




Ingredients :-

Spinich :- 1 kg
Paneer :- 300 gm
Tomato :- 3 nos.
Onion :- 2 nos.
Garlic :- 10-12 nos.
Ginger :- 1 inch piece
Cashew nuts :- 10-12 nos.
Melon seed :- 1 tbs.
Green coriander :- 4 tbs.
Bay leaf :- 2 piece
Big cardamum :- 1 nos
Clove :- 3-4 nos.
Black pepper :- 5-6 nos.
Cinamon :- 1 inch piece
Red chilly powder :- 1 tsp.
Coriander powder :- 2 tsp.
Garam masala :- 1/2 tsp.
Salt :- 1-1/2 tsp.
Kasoori methi :- 1 tbs.
Cream :- 2 tbs.
Curd :- 2 tbs.
Ghee :- 4 tbs.
