Gol Gapee With Pani Recipe



Ingredients :-

Semolina { suji } :- 100 gm        {
Oil :- 2 tbs.                                { FOR GOL GAPEE
Imly ki chutney :- 3 tbs.             { 

For Water :-
Chilled Water :- 1 litre                           
Coriander :- 50 gm                           
Mint :- 25 gm                                    
Green chilly :- 2-3 nos.                     
Dry mango powder :- 3 tsp.              
Roasted Cumin powder :- 1 tsp.       
Black pepper powder :- 1/2 tsp.
Black salt :- 1 tsp.
Salt :- 1/2 tsp.
Boondi :- 2 tsp.

Boiled potato :- 2 nos.
Chat masala :- 1 tsp.
Roasted cumin seed :- 1/4 tsp.
Coriander :- 1 tsp.
