Moong Dal Halwa Premix Recipe


 

 
Washed & Soaked Moong Daal :- 200 gm     { soaked overnight or 6-7 hours and grinded }
Desi Ghee :- 225 gm
Milk Powder :- 200 gm 
Powdered Sugar :- 200 gm     { According to taste }
Semolina [SOOJI] :- 2 tbs
Besan :- 2 tbs
Almonds :- 7-8 nos.
Cashew nut :- 7-8 nos.
Pistachio :- 8-10 nos.
Melon Seeds :- 1 tbs
Chironji :- 1 tbs
Green Cardamom :- 5-6  nos.   [crushed]
Saffron :- 5-6 threads
