Manchurian Noodle Recipe

 

Manchurian :- 

Cauli Flower :- 1.5 cup  [phool gobhi]

Onion :- 3 nos

Red Bell Pepper :- 1/4 cup               [

Yellow Bell Pepper :- 1/4 cup          [    CHOPPED  

Capcicum :- 1/4 cup                         [

Maida :- 4 tbs

Corn Flour :- 6 tbs

Salt :- 2 tsp

White Pepper Powder :- 1 tsp

Oil :- for frying

Chopped Garlic :- 1 tsp

Chopped Ginger :- 1 tsp

Manchurian Gravy :- 

Oil :- 4 tbs

Garlic  :- 2 tbs

Ginger :- 1 tbs

Slice Onion :- 1 nos

Slice Green Shimla Mirch :- 1 nos

Soya Sauce :-  2 tbs

Tomato Sauce :- tbs

Red Chilli Paste :- 1 1/2 tbs

Vinegar :- 2 tbs

Salt :- 1 tsp

White Pepper Powder :- 1 tsp

Corn Flour :- 1tsp

Green Onion :- 2 tbs

Noodles :- 

Noodle :- 350 gm

Shimla Mirch :- 1/2 cup

Red Bell Pepper :- 1/4 cup

Yellow Bell Pepper :- 1/4 cup

Green Onion Bulb  :- 4 nos

Soya Sauce :- 1 1/2 tbs

Vinegar :- 2 tbs

Tomato Sauce :- 2 tbs

Oil :- 6-7 tbs

Green Chilli :- 1 nos [chopped]

Spring Onion Green :- 2 tbs
