Kadhai Chole Recipe




Ingredients :-

Kabuli chane :- 500 gm   [Over night soaked in water]
Tea :- 2 tsp.
Dry amla :- 8-10 pieces
Cinnamon :- 1 inch piece
Clove :- 4-5 nos.
Small cardamum :- 3 nos.
Salt :- 3 tsp.
Baking soda :-  1 pinch
Desi ghee :- 6-7 tbs.
Tomato :- 4 nos.
Ginger :- 1 inch
Chana masala powder :- 2 tsp.
Cumin powder :- 2 tsp.
Coriander powder :- 2 tsp.
Garam masala :- 1/2 tsp.
Red chilly powder :- 1/2 tsp.
Dry mango powder :- 1/2 tsp.
Anardana powder :- 1/2 tsp.
Carrom seed :- 1 tsp.
Hing :- 1 pinch 
Kasoori methi :- 2 tbs.
Green coriander :- 4-5 tbs.
Ginger :- 1 inch
Green chilly :- 4 nos.
