Gatte Ki Subji Recipe

 

GATTE KE LIYE :- 

Besan :- 11/4 cup

Dahi [Curd] :- 4 tbs

Jeera :- 1/4 tbs

Saboot Dhaniya :- 1/2 tsp

Ajwain :- 1/4 tsp

Kasoori Methi :- 1/2 tsp

Oil :- 2-3 tsp

Turmeric :- 1/4 tsp

Red Chilli Powder :- 1/4 tsp

Salt :- 1/2 tsp

Hing :- 1 pinch

Baking Soda :- 1 pinch


Fot Gravy :- 

Onion :- 2 nos

Tomato :- 2 nos

Garlic :- 8-10 nos

Ginger :- 1 inch

Saboot Kashmiri Mirch :- 5 nos

Red Chilli Powder :- 1/2 tsp

Turmeric :- 1/4 tsp

Coriander Powder :- 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Garam Masala :- 1/4 tsp

Jeera :- 1 tsp

Hing :- 1 pinch

Kasoori Methi :- 1 tsp

Oil :- 3 tbs

Ghee :- 1 tsp

Dahi [Curd] :- 1/2 cup

Green Coriander :- 3-4 tbs
