Mumbai Style Pao Bhaji Recipe

 

Potato :- 4 nos

Phool Gobhi :- 300 gm

Carrot :- 1 nos

Beetroot :- 1/2 nos

Peas :- 1 cup

Shimla Mirch :- 1 nos

Onion :- 2 nos

Tomato :- 4 nos

Green Chilli :- 3-4 nos

Ginger Garlic Paste :- 2 tbs

Jeera :- 1 tsp

Hing :- 1 pinch

Pao Bhaji Masala :- 2 tbs

Turmeric :- 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri Red Chilli. Powder :- 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Kasoori Methi :- 1 tsp

Lemon :- 1 nos

Green Coriander :- 3-4 tbs

Butter :- 100 gm

Oil :- 1-2 tbs

Pao Bread :- 2 packet
