Kaddu [pumpkin] Khatti methi sabji Recipe


Ingredients :-

Pumpkin [kaddu] :- 500 gm
Spring onion :- 250 gm
Ginger :- 1 inch piece
Garlic :- 6-7 nos.
Green chilly :- 2 nos.
Green coriander :- 3 tbs.
Sugar :- 1 tbs.
Red chilly powder :- 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric :- 1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder :- 1-1/2 tsp.
Salt :- 1 tsp.
Dana methi :- 1/2 tsp.
Hing :- 2 pinch
Cumin seed :- 1/2 tsp.
Dry mango powder :- 1/2 tsp.
Oil :- 3 tbs.
