Lauki Ke Kofte Curry [Bottle guard kofta curry] Recipe

Ingredients :-

Lauki :- 300 gm 
Gram flour [besan] :- 1 cup [75 gm]
Green chilly :- 1 chopped
Salt :- 1/2 tsp.
Hing :- 1 pinch
Carrom seed :- 1/4 tsp.
Oil :- for frying
Tomato :- 3-4 nos. [Grinded]
Onion :- 3 nos.                   {
Garlic :- 7-8 nos.                { Grind them together
Ginger :- 1-1/2 inch piece   {
Green chilly :- 2 slit
Cream :- 2 tbs.
Kasoori methi :- 1 tsp.
Red chilly powder :- 1 tsp.
Turmeric :- 1/4 tsp.
Coriander powder :- 2 tsp.
Salt :- 1 tsp.
Cumin seed :- 1/2 tsp.
Hing :- 1 pinch
Oil :- 3-4 tbs.
