Sheer Khurma Recipe EID SPICIAL




Ingredients :-
Milk :- 1 litre
Seviyan :- 100 gm
Sugar :- 125 gm
Ghee :- 2 tbs.
Almonds :- 8-10 nos.  [chopped]
Cashew nuts :- 8-10 nos. [chopped]
Pista :- 8-10 nos. [chopped]
Cuddapah almonds { Chironji } :- 1 tbs.
Green cardamum :- 5-6 pieces
Cream :- 2 tbs.
