CauliFlower :- 500 gm
Potato :- 250 gm
Greer bell pepper :- 1 { shimla mirch }
Peas :- 1/2 cup
Onion :- 2 }
Garlic :- 7-8 pieces } Grind them together
Ginger :- 1/2 inch piece }
Tomato :- 2 [ grinded ]
Green chilly :- 3 pieces
Ginger :- 1/2 inch piece [ cut into small pieces ]
Green coriander :- 2-3 tablespoon [ chopped ]
Coriander powder :- 1-1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red chilly powder :- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric :- 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seed :- 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida [ Hing ] :- 2 pinch
Kasoori methi :- 1 tablespoon
Salt :- to taste
Oil :- For frying potato & cauliflower
Oil :- 3 tablespoon for Tempering { Tadke ke liye }
