Dal Tadka Recipe







Ingredients :-
Arhar dal :-1-1/2 cup
Water :- 4 cup
Ghee :- 3 tbs.
Turmeric :- 1/2 tsp.
Salt :- 1-1/2 tsp.
Kashmiri red chilly powder :- 1 tsp.
Cumin seed :- 1 tsp.
Hing :- 2 pinch
Kasoori methi :- 1 tsp.
Onion :- 1  [chopped]
Tomato :- 2 [chopped]
Green chilly :- 3 [chopped]
Ginger :- 1/2 inch piece
Green coriander :- 3 tbs.
