Peas [matar] :- 500 gm
Paneer :- 400 gm
Onion :- 4 medium {
Garlic :- 7-8 pieces { Grind them till paste condition
Ginger :- 1-1/2 inch piece {
Green coriander :- 3-4 tablespoon
Cashew nuts :- 15 pieces {

Melon seed :- 1 tablespoon {
Tomato :- 4 medium
Coriander powder :- 2 teaspoon
Kashmiri mirch :- 1-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder :- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt :- 1-1/2 teaspoon
Whole garam masala :-
Clove :- 3-4 pieces
Cinnamon :- 1 inch piece
Black cardamum :- 1
Kasoori methi :- 1 tablespoon
Curd :- 2 tablespoon
