Punjabi Kadhi Recipe



Ingredients :-
Curd :- 1-1/2 cup
Besan :- 1-1/2 cup
Onion :- 2 nos.
Onion :- 1/2                       {
Garlic :- 6-7 nos.               {  Make paste 
Ginger :- 1/2 inch piece    {  
Red chilly powder :- 1 tsp.
Turmeric 1-1/2 tsp.
Salt :- To taste
Carrom seed :- 1/2 tsp.
Hing :- 1/2 tsp.
Cumin seed :- 1/2 tsp.
Dana methi :- 1/2 tsp.
Ghee :- 4 tbs.
Red chilly :- 3
