Dahi Bhalle recipeh


Ingredients :-
Urad Dal :- 1 cup
Moong Dhuli Dal :- 1/2 cup
Cumin seed :- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt :- 1/4 teaspoon
Oil :- For Frying only
Imli Chutney :- 2 tablespoon
Mint Chutney :- 2 tablespoon
Chat masala :- 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted Cumin powder :- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt :- 1/2 teaspoon
pomegranate Seed :- 1 tablespoon
Curd :- 750gm
Sugar :- 2 tablespoon
Hing :- 1 pinch
