Shahi Tukda Recipe



Ingredients :-

Bread :- 8 pieces { Remove their edges } 
Milk :-  1 litre
Sugar :- 1 cup for Sugar syrup    [ and 70-80 gm for Rabdi ]
Almonds :- 12 pieces 
Pista :- 20-22 pieces
Green cardamum :- 5-6 [without cover]
Saffron :- 15-20 threads
Ghee :- For frying
