Rajma Masala Recipe



Ingredients :-

Rajma :- 1-1/2 cup [ dipped in water over night]
Tomato :- 5 medium
Onion :- 2 medium
Green chilly :- 2 pieces
Ginger :- 1 inch
Ginger-Garlic paste :- 2 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilly powder :- 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder :- 1-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric :- 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder :- 1/4 teaspoon
 Kasoori methi :- 1 tablespoon
Green coriander :- 3 tablespoon
Oil :- 3-4 tablespoon
Salt :- to taste
Whole garam masala :- Clove :- 3 
                                      Black pepper corn :- 4-5
                                      Big cardamum :- 1
                                      Cinnamon :- 1 inch piece
                                      Bay leaf :- 2 piece
