Dal Makhani Recipe



Ingredients :-
Saabut Urad :- 1-1/2 cup [overnight dipped in water]
Rajma :- 1/4 cup 
[overnight dipped in water]
Salt :- 2-3 teaspoon
Red chilly powder :- 1 teaspoon
Garam masala :- 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder :- 1-1/2 teaspoon
Onion :- 2                             ]
Garlic :- 7-8 pieces               ]        Grinded
Ginger :- 1 inch piece           ]
Hing :- 2 pinch
TOMATO :- 5 medium          }      paste
Pure Ghee :- 2-3 tablespoon
Butter :- 50-60 gm
Kasoori methi :- 1 tablespoon
Whole garam masala :- 
Cloves :- 2-3
Black  cardamom :- 1
Black pepper :- 4-5
Tejpatta :- 2
Jeera :- 1/2 teaspoon
Cream :- 1/2 cup
