Khasta Samose Recipe


Ingredients :-
All purpose flour :-  200gm
Carrom seed :-  1/2 teaspoon
Ghee :-  2 table spoon
Salt :-  1/2 teaspoon
Potato :-  400gm
Peas  :- 2 table spoon
Red chilli Powder :-  1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder :- 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala :-  1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida :- 1 pinch
Green chilli :- 2 chopped pieces
Green coriander :- 2 table spoon [small chopped]
Salt :- 1 teaspoon
Black pepper :- 6-7
Coriander seed { sabut dhaniya } :- 1/4 teaspoon
Oil :- 2table spoon and for frying
