Mawa Matar Paneer Recipe

 Paneer :- 250 gm

Matar [peas] :- 1 cup boiled

Mawa :- 1/2 cup / 100 gm

Onion :- 3 nos

Garlic :- 6-7 nos

Ginger :- 1 inch

Green Chilli :- 2-3 nos

Cashew Nut :- 15-20 nos

Fresh Cream [malai] :- 1 tbs

Dahi [curd] :- 2-3 tbs

Tomato :- 4 nos

Coriander Powder :- 2 tsp

Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder :- 11/2 tsp

Turmeric :- 1/4 tsp

Garam Masala Powder :- 1/4 tsp

Kasoori Methi :- 1 tbs

Butter :- 2 tbs

Oil :- 4 tbs

Milk :- 1 cup

Tez Patta :- 2 nos

Cloves :- 3 nos

Black Pepper :- 5-6 nos

Badi Ilayichi :- 1 nos

Cinemon :- 1 inch

Jeera :- 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste
