Dilkhush Marinated Paneer With White Gravy Recipe

 Paneer :- 300 gm

Onion :- 3 nos

Garlic :- 10 nos

Ginger :- 1 inch

Dahi [curd] :- 1/2 cup

Milk :- 1/2 cup + 1 tbs

Cashew nut :- 15-20 nos

Kesar [saffron] :- 10-15 threads

White Pepper Powder :- 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Chat Masala :- 1 tsp

Kasoori Methi :- 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala :- 1/4 tsp

Crumbled Paneer :- 1/4 cup

Oil :- 4 tbs

Sugar :- 1/2 tsp

Cream :- 1/2 cup
