Kadai Bhindi Recipe

 Bhindi [ladyfinger] :- 250 gm

Onion :- 2 nos

Green Shimla Mirch :- 1/2 tsp

Red Bell Pepper :- 1/4 nos

Yellow Bell Pepper :- 1/4 nos

Green Chilli :- 2-3 nos

Ginger :- 1/2 inch

Ginger Garlic Paste :- 2 tbs

Saboot Dhaniya :- 1/2 tsp

Ajwain :- 1/4 tsp

Hing :- 1 pinch

Red Chilli Powder :- 1/4 tsp

Turmeric :- 1/4 tsp

Coriander Powder :- 1 tsp

Garam Masala :- 1/2 tsp

Kasoori Methi :- 1 tsp

Oil :- 4 tbs

Lemon :- 1/2 nos

Tomato :- 1 nos

Salt to taste
