Pindi Chole Recipe

 Kabuli Chane :- 21/2 cup

Tea :- 2 tsp

Sukha Amla :- 7-8 nos

Badi Ilayichi :- 2 nos

Clove :- 3 nos

Black Pepper :- 6-7 nos

Green Cardamum :- 2 nos

Cineman :- 1 inch

Javitri :- 1 small piece

Salt :- 1 tsp

Baking Soda :- 1/4 tsp

Turmeric :- 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri Mirch Saboot :- 3-4 nos

Hing :- 1/4 tsp

Boiled Potato :- 4 nos

Oil :- 11/2 tsp


CHANA MASALA :- 

Saboot Dhaniya :- 2 tbs

Jeera :- 11/2 tbs

Clove :- 4 nos

Black Pepper :- 6-7 nos

Choti Ilayichi :- 3 nos

Badi Ilayichi :- 1 nos

Javitri :- 1 small piece

Anardana Powder :- 2 tbs

Ajwain :- 1 tsp

Kasoori Methi :- 2 tsp

Dana Methi :- 1/2 tsp

Amchoor Powder :- 2 tsp


GRAVY :- 

Onion :- 2 nos

Garlic :- 5-6 nos

Ginger :- 1 inch

Tomato :- 3 nos

Ginger :- 11/2 inch in julien

TADKA :-
